I do worry sometimes about nonprofessionals entering into this sphere, but actually, I think you guys handled it very well. Ann Landers and Dear Abby have been doing it for years, why not you? The workplace and relationships are always in tension. it makes sense that HR professionals would be go-to people when one or the other is suffering.
